Pssst… this might get us in trouble, but it's not really honey.  Whew, now that that is out of the way let us explain why. Honey mustard is amazing as is, but at the end of the day, honey mustard is just that. We wanted to change the game and make something for everyone. Through trial and error we figured out how to make an alternative "honey" out of apples that has an incredible flavor and also supports local apple farmers.
