We needed something that could serve as a base for our hottest flavors to date. Our biggest self-imposed restriction when creating products with heat is making them full of flavor. Food that is hot without flavor is unsatisfying. After continuous requests for hotter products, we're happy to say we have created some of the hottest products around, yet don't sacrifice bold flavor.
Tasting Element:
This is a sauce with extreme heat so let this serve as warning. When first tasting Firestorm Red Gravy the incorporation of Carolina Reaper will immediately start a fire on the tip of your tongue. As the sauce fades you begin to feel the heat from the Ghost Pepper. This sensation starts at the tip of your tongue and continues to move from front to back. At the very end of the Firestorm experience you will feel the heat from the habanero. By this time the heat has engulfed your palate, resulting in the perfect Firestorm of flavor.
