General Refunds
- Products may be returned or refunded within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unless the issue was product damage/defect).
- Food products that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for return, but may still qualify for a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part.
- Because fundraising orders directly benefit organizations, refunds will be issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- In cases where a refund is granted after fundraiser proceeds have already been distributed, the refund amount will be the full purchase price minus the portion already disbursed to the organization.
- This ensures both customer satisfaction and fairness to the benefiting organization.
