Sweet Revenge Inferno Red Gravy features some of the hottest peppers including the Trinidad Scorpion, and the famous CAROLINA REAPER. An inferno is an out of control fire that is HOT! The flavor is still rich but it doesn't take long for the inferno to rage completely out of control.

Much like Firestorm Red Gravy, our goal in creating the hottest condiments with bold flavors actually started with Inferno Red Gravy. We made something we thought to be almost too hot. For us the amount of heat didn't make sense, but our customer feedback was incredibly positive. The niche group of people who love ultra-hot foods thought it had the appropriate amount of heat and flavor. This is more than a hot sauce and more than a barbecue sauce, Inferno Red Gravy scorches with heat and flavor.
