So we've upgraded the charcuterie board for summer time festivities.  Being in the summer heat pool side has everyone on the move enjoying everything summer has to offer.  It’s nice to have some grab and go options for when you’re waiting on that sit-down meal to finish up.  These were a lot of fun for the kids and everyone who had them was able to grab their favorite sauce for dipping!

These Sweet Revenge seasoned chicken strips are super quick to cook and with the variety of seasonings you’ll have something for everyone.
 
What you'll need:

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Avocado Oil
  • Sweet Revenge Extra Seasoning
  • Sweet Revenge Golden Blend Seasoning
  • Sweet Revenge Sweet Barbecue Rub
  • Sweet Revenge Mango Habanero Seasoning

Let’s Start by getting the grill turned on and set at medium heat to give it some time to get things hot.  

Next, slice your chicken in half and into one inch strips. (helps to get cook temp without scorching the outside of the chicken) 
Once your chicken is cut drizzle or spray a light coating of oil over your chicken strip and separate into even piles.
We chose the seasoning above because they are all amazing on chicken!  Make sure to give each a nice coating to ensure max flavor with every bite.  ​

Now that the grill is hot. Place your seasoned chicken strips individually on the grill giving them each some space. (Note:  the Sweet Barbecue Rub and Mango Habanero have sugar in them and will cook some nice char marks giving you some burnt bits with a ton of flavor.  However if you don’t like that then we recommend placing them on some kind of cooking mat that is grill safe.)  

Cook them covered for about 15 to 20 minutes flipping them in between. 
(Internal temp at 165 F)  

Once they are tempted you can serve as is or slice them into small bite sized pieces (For the kids) and get to dip in your favorite Sweet Revenge Barbecue Sauce!
